It is basically being called the successor of ChatGPT and is predicted to be 571 Times More Powerful than ChatGPT , the understanding capabilites, language perception , & the advanced reasoning capabilities of GPT-4 Chatbot are much much higher than ChatGPT. 

Whenever OpenAI releases GPT-4, it is expected to be even more powerful and capable of generating even more sophisticated and human-like text than its predecessors. 

However, it is important to note that the development and release of such advanced language models also raise ethical concerns related to potential misuse and biased outputs, and these issues should be carefully considered and addressed.
